Branding and Adding Company Logo

Hi,

Love this theme its been very easy to use. I’m stuck on one part and I’m not quite sure what I’m doing wrong.

I’m trying to upload a company logo in the customize area of the website where it says Branding and you can put in the company name and tag line. I don’t need to put that info in as I have logo which has all of that info.

When I click on logo under the tag line area it says upload then I save it and click save and publish. I don’t see it in the preview area and when I check the actual site I don’t see it there either.

I’d like the logo to be on the top left above the nav bar as there is a space there for it.

The logo image is saved as a transparency so you don’t see the white background when you upload. I’ve also tried a logo that doesn’t have the transparency and still don’t see it there.

Is there a way for me to put a logo in this area? Am I uploading this in the correct area?

Any help you could provide is greatly appreciated.

I had to fill in some random text (or company name ofcourse ;)) in the ‘Company Name’ field and add the logo after that. The logo somehow replaces the text you fill in, which makes it unable to show to logo when there is no text.

I don’t know what theme you’re using so I ain’t sure if you can change the logo placement without doing some css coding.

I should have started off by saying I’m using the Church Theme! LOL! I just tried your suggestion and it worked! Never thought about adding the text and the logo would replace it.

Just had to do a little editing with the size of the logo and then got it all to work perfectly!
