Composer Theme – Disable Parallax Affect/Perhaps Add a Slider

Hi everyone,

I just installed your “Composer” (Omega child) theme on WP. Love its simplicity and clarity. However, I’d like to disable the parallax effect on the front image (header image?) to make the image look fixed on the page. How could I accomplish that?

Even better, if there is anyway to install an image slider at that position, that’d be even better. Is there a plugin to do this? I have a model in mind here: http://www.pushkingallery.com/

To be able to insert a slider like that would be ideal. Any suggestion would be much appreciated!
