Seamless Donations Plugin issues with Church+ Theme

I’m attempting to use Omega Parent theme 1.2.7 & Church+ child theme 1.0.1 with Seamless Donations plugin 4.0.11. I have no issue with the standard Omega child theme; however, when I switch to Church+ I get the following error:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

I disabled all plugins & added 1 by 1 to narrow down.
