Beta Theme Show Branding and Title

Hi, thanks for the lovely themes! Great work.

I’m currently trying to add a logo / branding to the header but still remain the original site title.

Can this be done easily or would it be better for me just to add all the text within the logo? (I don’t fancy this solution that much, but I could probably live with it.)

Yes, it would be better and easier to add the text within the logo. I prefer this as the font render is perfect.
