I purchased Composer-plus and would like to modify the code. I created style.css within ../themes/composer-plus-child with the following code:
/*
Theme Name: Composer-Plus Child
Theme URI: http://themehall.com/composer-drag-drop-wordpress-theme
Author: themehall.com
Author URI: http://themehall.com
Description: Child of Composer - a responsive Omega child theme, Valid HTML5 Document, SEO Friendly, multiple page layouts, Theme settings extending the WordPress Customizer
Version: 1.0.0
License: GNU General Public License
License URI: license.txt
Tags: light, green, white, two-columns, one-column, right-sidebar, left-sidebar, flexible-width, full-width-template, theme-options, custom-menu, threaded-comments, sticky-post, translation-ready, responsive-layout, fluid-layout
Text Domain: composer child
Domain Path: /languages
Template: composer-plus
*/
@import url("../composer-plus/style.css");
When I try to activate the theme under Dashboard/Appearance/Themes, I find “The “composer-plus” theme is not a valid parent theme” under the Broken Themes section.
I have tried changing the Template field to “composer plus,” “Composer-Plus,” etc but it does not seem to work.
I have WordPress 4.2.2 and Composer Plus 1.0.0.
