Error with Jetpack Contact Form

Hi,

We recently updated to the latest version of the Church Theme and we are now getting errors with the Jetpack Contact form as follows:

malformed header from script. Bad header=/var/www/public_html/hbsaintr/: index.php, referer: http://www.saintraphaelparish.org/contact-information/

We have tested Contact Form 7, and it works properly and the Jetpack Contact Form worked properly when we set this website up a few weeks ago. We’ve since applied 2 Theme updates.

We’d like to keep the jetpack contact form as the client likes having copies of the contact form submissions under the feedback header.

It must be conflict with other plugin. Please disable all other plugins and try jetpack form with church theme.
