    Hello,

I’m new to WP and have learned quite a bit over the past couple of weeks but I can’t seem to get this one.

    Setup:

    WP 3.8.1
    Latest version Church theme
    and a bunch of plugins…

    Problem:

When I create any sort of a link or menu item that points to a “category” after the page displays both the primary menu is not displayed nor are the menu’s that I have placed in the footer areas.

When a single post or page is called via link or menu, everything appears fine.

I have looked over the web and found many articles that mention this behavior, but their solutions do not work on the church theme. Most of the time they reference a “category.php” file, but I can not find this in either of the church directory or the omega directory.

Here is a link to the main site: http://www.brightonfirstpres.org and here is a category link: http://www.brightonfirstpres.org/category/blogs/randy-morris/

I appreciate any insight that may be offered.

    Thanks,

    Todd

If the plugin remove a menu or break the theme, it wasn’t developed properly. I suggest to find alternative plugin and contact the plugin author. You can use contact form if you want a quote to fix it.
